At times larger private parties and children’s parties may be scheduled with a deposit as prepayment. If this is the case, we ask that full payment is made either online or in studio at the time of the event. The studio owner will address specific terms and conditions with you during scheduling of your event as they tailor the event to your specific needs.
Cancellation Policy: Azalea Design + Craft is committed to teaching you to create beautiful pieces for your home. Our workshops are paid for in advance at the time of reservation.
We create personalized, single use stencils for each project that are prepared days in advance of your arrival.
If you’re unable to make the appointment, camp or group activity, we will hold your product at the studio and schedule a make up session when it’s convenient for you.
1. NO REFUNDS. Preparation for your project starts long before you walk into the Nailed It studio. Due to planning, customization and/ordering restrictions there are NO REFUNDS for classes, projects or appointments.
2. Cancellation Policy: If a circumstance arises that requires you to cancel your reservation, the following policy shall apply:
(a) Cancellation appointment: Reserved project will be held at studio and customer may reschedule a time to complete project.
(b) Cancellation of camp, group activity or birthday party: Studio credit will be applied to customer’s account and will be active for one year.
